Safety Notice
Workshop Requirements
This workshop involves hot glass, tools, heated equipment, and open flames.
- •Please wear closed-toe shoes and long trousers.
- •Long hair must be tied back securely.
- •Natural fibre clothing such as cotton, linen, or wool is recommended.
- •Please avoid loose sleeves, dangling jewellery, and synthetic fabrics where possible.
Age & Supervision
- •Guests must be at least 12 years old.
- •Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Health & Pregnancy
Unfortunately, our workshops are not suitable for pregnant individuals due to potential safety risks.

Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing SONG Art & Craft. Please review our refund policy to ensure a smooth booking experience:
Cancellations
- If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled session, your deposit will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the start of the class are non-refundable. This applies to both deposits and full payments. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
- However, you may reschedule for a future date without an additional deposit, subject to availability.
No-Shows
- In case of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
