Refund and Rescheduling Policy

SONG Art & Craft Workshops

At SONG Art & Craft we prepare materials, equipment, and instructor schedules in advance for each workshop session. To ensure fair access to sessions and proper preparation, the following refund and rescheduling policy applies to all bookings.

1.Cancellations

Customers may cancel a workshop booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled workshop start time.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

2.Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your booked session, you may request to reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before the workshop start time, subject to availability.

3.Late Cancellations or Missed Sessions

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop start time, or failure to attend a booked session, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, as materials and instructor time will already have been allocated.

4.Changes or Cancellation by SONG Art & Craft

In rare circumstances we may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen events such as instructor illness, equipment issues, or safety concerns.

If this occurs, customers will be offered the choice of:

• A full refund, or gift card of 110%• Rescheduling to another available session - We can’t reschedule to weekend from normal days.

5.Group Bookings and Private Events

Private workshops, group bookings, or corporate events may be subject to separate cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking.

6.How to Request a Cancellation or Reschedule

Requests must be submitted via email to:contact@songartcraft.com

Please include your name, booking details, and the workshop date.

7.Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
