How do I start a bespoke project?

We begin with a Technical Vetting phase. Simply submit your initial inquiry via our contact form, including your desired flower species, scale, and deadline. Our team reviews these details against our structural constraints and material availability to ensure your vision can be realized with excellence
What happens after my inquiry is approved?

To provide the dedicated attention your commission deserves, we move the project to a private WhatsApp Project Group. This group includes yourself, our Head Maker, and our Admin team to allow for real-time design updates and instant answers to your technical questions.
How do we finalize the design?

Within your dedicated design space, you can share reference images, sketches, or color palettes directly with the maker. We will discuss material feasibility and design specifics here. Once the design is set, we will provide a Binding Quote and Final Summary for your approval.
How can I contact you?

Production officially begins—and your project is added to our master making schedule—once a 50% deposit is confirmed within the WhatsApp chat. You will receive photo updates of the glass-blowing process as your piece comes to life.
How can I track my order?

We maintain absolute traceability for every bespoke agreement. Your order’s progression—from the initial deposit verification to final dispatch—is live-tracked in our Master Order Tracker, serving as a permanent record of your unique commission.
