Kiln-formed Glass at SONG Art & Craft invites you to explore glass shaping through heat. Create stunning, layered designs by fusing glass in a kiln, guided by skilled artisans in a supportive environment. Ideal for anyone eager to experiment with this beautiful craft.
Price:
£48 10*10cm one hour per person (including VAT)
£72 10*10cm 2 hours per person (including VAT)
Minimum Age Requirement – For safety reasons, all guests must be at least 12 years old. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Unfortunately, our workshops are not suitable for pregnant individuals due to potential safety risks.
Guided Instruction: This beginner-friendly workshop focuses on kiln-formed glass fusing. We guide you through every step, from tool introductions to hands-on practice, demonstrations, and creating finished pieces.
Materials: Your experience includes all basic materials needed for your projects. other materials can be purchased as needed in the SONG Art & Craft.
Packaging: After creating your pieces, we’ll package them beautifully. You can select from thousands of yarns to tie your custom bow, adding a unique, personalized to your finished product.
Other Services
Kiln rental - £20 per use (1 use included with the workshop)
Tools rental with working table - £8 per hour / £32 per day (Independent work, rentals under one hour are billed as a full hour)
