Workshop Safety Policy
Your safety is very important to us. Please read the following safety policy carefully before attending your workshop. Our instructors will also explain the key safety rules again at the beginning of your session.
By booking or attending a workshop at our studio, you agree to follow all safety instructions given by our staff.
Eligibility and Attendance
For safety reasons, all guests must be at least 12 years old. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
This workshop is not suitable for pregnant guests, as it may involve open flames, hot glass, heated equipment, tools, fumes, and extended periods of standing or focused manual work.
We do not recommend bringing pets to the studio. The workshop environment involves heat, tools, glass, open flames, and other hazards that are not suitable for small animals. Assistance dogs may be accepted where appropriate, but please contact us before booking so we can assess whether the workshop environment is safe and suitable.

Hot Glass and Torch Safety

Please follow these rules at all times:
Do not touch glass by hand during the workshop. Always use the tools provided.
Never adjust the torch yourself.
Heated glass rods must always be placed safely as instructed by staff.
Never place tweezers or tools directly into the flame unless instructed.
If a glass rod, tool, or piece of hot material drops, let it fall. Do not try to catch it.
Be careful around heated equipment, open flames, and hot surfaces to avoid burns.
